Welcome to Ousel Falls Hideaway
Thank you for choosing our home for your stay. We hope you have a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Please carefully read the following terms of service which govern your stay at our property.
1. Booking Agreement
By booking your stay at Ousel Falls Hideaway, you are agreeing to these terms of service and any other rules or policies stated on our website or communicated to you. This agreement is between you (the guest) and us (the property owner or manager).
2. Payment

3. Cancellation Policy
100% refund up to 30 days before arrival and 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival.
4. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time is after 3 PM and check-out time is before 11 AM. Please adhere to these times to allow us to prepare the property for incoming guests.
5. Occupancy
The maximum number of guests is restricted to 7. Exceeding this number may result in additional charges or termination of your reservation without refund.
6. Conduct and Behavior
You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful manner and not to cause noise or disturbances that could disrupt our neighbors. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited unless prior approval has been obtained from the property manager.
7. Damage Policy
You are responsible for leaving the property in the condition it was in when you arrived. You agree to pay for any damage to the property or its contents during your stay which is caused by you or anyone you invite onto the property.
8. Smoking and Pets
Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
9. Liability
The property owner or manager is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the property is located.
11. Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Your continued use of the property following any amendments indicates that you accept the amendments.
